期刊簡介TSSCI。季刊,財團法人光華管理策進基金會出版,1982年創刊,每年1、4、7、10月出刊。本刊致力於研究華人世界之管理問題及其發展之高品質研究論文,為管理領域之綜合性刊物,主要刊載管理各相關領域之實證性或概念性之學術論文、對於特定文章或書籍之評述、以個案佐證理論或以個案發展理論之個案學術論文、反映華人管理特色的研究(包括處理華人或華人企業議題、發展華人管理理論和方法、或是反映華人觀點的研究)等。光華管理策進基金會最主要的工作就是出版本刊。1982年,政治大學企管研究所劉水深教授以季刊方式創辦本刊,至今已三四十年,為國內歷史最悠久的管理學術期刊,也是全球第一本華文管理學術期刊,已刊登了數百篇精彩的論文,在管理學術界備受推崇。本刊內容以研究華人世界之管理問題為主,包括會計、財務、人力資源、資訊管理、行銷、策略等,每期來稿接受率約在10%~30%,是國內編輯最嚴謹、最受推崇的管理期刊之一。

IntroductionTSSCI. Quarterly. Management Review is an academic journal with 34 years history. It is published by Kung-Hwa Management Foudation in Taiwan. It was first published in Chinese. Starting From 2008 English version was added. Management Review strives to maintain the quality of the review process while shortening its duration in order to provide the authors with speedy replies regarding their submissions. Currently, the review time is about 60 days from the completion date of submission to the acceptance or rejection date. In October of 2014, Management Review was selected once again to be included in the Taiwan Social Science Citation Index (TSSCI) by the Journal Review Committee at Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, Ministry of Science and Technology. Also, in the Committee's national journal ranking in the field of management, Management Review is ranked first in objective rating and third in overall rating among 46 nationally published journals. This speaks of the journal's prestige in the field of management on the national level. In order to diversify the content of the journal, it welcome interdisciplinary submissions on subjects such as strategy management, marketing, production and operations management, financial management, human resources management, information management, accounting, statistics, quantitative methods, international business management, and hospitality management.
