期刊簡介	THCI Core（2008-2016），年刊，東吳大學歷史學系出版，1995年創刊。本刊以反映和引領歷史研究潮流自許，不斷地求新、求進步，為史學界指標性學刊。主要刊載有關歷史之學術論文、譯註、研究討論及書評。從2008年開始，本刊連續多年獲選科技部人文社會科學研究中心「台灣人文學引文索引核心期刊」（THCI Core），2012年更獲得該中心補助編輯經費，亦於2014年獲科技部人文社會科學研究中心「期刊加入全球性引文索引資料庫」計畫之獎助，協助建置中英文網站與提供編輯助理費用。

Introduction	THCI Core (2008-2016). Annual. Soochow Journal of History expects to lead the research trends of history by itself, to seek innovation and progress, and to be a great, indicative journal in academia. It carries papers, discussions and reviews related to history. The journal had been included in THCI (Taiwan Humanities Citation Index, a journal evaluation system by Research Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences , Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan ) from 2008 to date, and obtained the subsidies from the Ministry of Science and Technology in Taiwan in 2012 and 2016.
